Damaged and Missing Items

All our orders are packed with care and it is unlikely that you will receive a product that is not described or missing. Any unforeseen damaged or missing items will be replaced by contacting us immediately. Photos and packing slip must be provided to us in your email.

Return and Exchange

We offer a 14-day money back full satisfaction guarantee on our products. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery on your purchase. We only accept returns & exchanges if the item is unused and in original good condition & packaging.

Email us at hello@lashique.com.au or contact us through here with your order number regarding any issue with your item. We will review returns within 24 hrs and provide return instructions if approved. Please note, return postage cost is covered by the customer.
